Mark is an accomplished business and thought leader with over 30 years of executive experience across the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. As a certified pharmacist and having achieved a leadership position very early in his career, Mark found his passion for oncology.

He’s gained patient experience in chemotherapy as a compounding pharmacist in private practice, then moved to a leadership role at Montgomery Cancer Center in Montgomery, Alabama. Then, he joined the startup phase of what became ION Solutions GPO in 2001 and served as its President beginning in 2011. During Mark’s tenure, ION became and maintained the market leader position in its field.

He is adept at operational strategies; demonstrated comprehensive experience in fiscal management, personnel management, business development, new product and services development, and deployment and implementation of long-term expansion and revenue growth initiatives. Additionally, he spent two years consulting for numerous oncology-focused healthcare entities before he joined OneOncology as the SVP of Pharma Strategy and Contracting.
