Robert Nicoletti is Chief of Recruiting & Staffing. Rob works with Administration and conducts extensive recruitment efforts and interviews for physicians and employee candidates. He is instrumental in team building and succession planning. Rob believes flexibility is the key when looking for a potential candidate. He has been with NYCBS since 2015. For 12 years prior, he served as Chief of Human Resources at the Long Island Association for AIDS CARE, Inc. Additionally, Rob was the Manager of Human Resources for Publisher's Clearing House. Rob attended the New York Institute of Technology, where he obtained a BS in business management. He is certified by Cornell University in Human Resource Management.
